• Resassigneed from DApp Technology to Uniblock while continuing design leadership responsibilties. • Leading the end-to-end rebrand for Uniblock, including identity, visual system, and product design direction. • Owning improvements to core onboarding flows to reduce setup friction and improve developer activation. • Creating investor and sales pitch decks to support fundraising, partnerships, and enterprise positioning. • Working directly with executive leadership to translate complex infrastructure into clear, human-facing product experiences.

• Led UX for the full AI workflow including prompt input, reference image conditioning, LoRA-based model training, tag system, image generation, and tiered generation controls. • Designed systems for consistent characters, enabled users to create, manage, and reuse character identities across sessions and generations. • Built a prop system that allows users to generate and assign items to specific characters, ensuring visual consistency in generated outputs. • Designed subscription, content viewing, and sales flows; established checkout and monetization UX foundations. • Partnered cross-functionally with Frontend, Backend, and Machine Learning Engineers to deliver performant, scalable user experiences.
